I went looking back through some of my online journals and found this little story about T that I totally forgot about. Here is your daily dose of my daughter.
MAGICAL! - (I think T was about 3 at the time I wrote this one down.)
One morning - I decided Id take advantage of the fact that T doesnt watch much television...so when she does, shes immobile and engrossed for 20 minutes while she watches a show - so I decided it was a great time to take a shower...
I turned on Blues clues for her and since she had been drinking some milk in a sippy cup and it was almost gone - I grabbed it and filled it back up before I headed upstairs and she was totally oblivious to me taking it and replacing it between her legs while she sat hypnotized by the noise box...
Im in the shower for about 2 minutes and she comes running up the stairs shouting "MOMMA!! MOMMA!!" and of course I am freaking out and thinking something happened and I am trying not to break my neck leaping out of the tub and Im standing there with my heart racing, naked and dripping water and shampoo suds all over the floor - when she bursts into the bathroom with a huggggggggggge smile on her face and wide eyes and exclaims:
"MOM!! My hoo ha is MAGIC!! My hoo ha made MILK FOR ME!!!"
I laughed so hard I thought maybe I had actually peed on the floor - but thankfully it was just water.
(she doesnt believe me that I refilled her cup...its DEFINATELY her magical hoo ha of wonder and awe...) Oh my...
*I really hope she doesn't get to high school and tell everyone she has a Magical Hoo Ha...
